  • Please note that it may take several weeks after pruning has started for crews to reach your property, depending on your location on the circuit.

KUB has a dedicated phone number to answer any tree-related concerns. If you have questions about our tree program, please call (865) 558-6658 Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. Customers with utility emergencies or other needs after hours should call (865) 524-2911. Customers with comments or questions can also contact KUB's Vegetation Management Department via email at trees@kub.org.
